Two C's Senior Year?

I’ve never gotten a C before. Might get one or two Senior year. They are in AP Calc BC and AP Literature. Rest of my grades are A’s.

Will this affect my chances for Cornell, Carnegie Mellon, Rice, USC, Georgia Tech, Washington University st. Louis, UPenn, UC Berkeley, UCLA, UW? Could I get accepted then rejected because of this?

for your c in calc bc, you shouldn’t really worry about it because the majority of highschools in the US don’t even have a calculus that goes as far as bc and as long as your grades were fine prior to that, you should be fine, posting your original application would help people see if your grades would even affect your chances, but I wouldn’t worry too much

You should be fine for UCB/UCLA, as long as you keep your Senior year GPA at 3.0 unweighted and no more than those 2 C’s.

Good Luck.

Agree with @Gumbymom,it wont hurt u for UC’s. But the other schools evaluate senior first semester in their admissions process
