Two early apps?

just realized i applied early to 2 schools, cornell and columbia... gotta cancel one, which will it be? probably columbia cuz it's a columbia board... keep in mind i want to major in chemical engineering

Can I ask how you 'just realized' that you applied early to two schools??

lol r u kidding me? i thought u were supposed to b smart mr. i-like-to-skip-grades

Yeah, I don't understand how you can "just realize" this, assuming you spent time on your applications... ?

if you'd like a more traditional, high quality engineering program, go to cornell

if you'd like a more liberal arts oriented, good-but-not-so-good-as-cornell engineering program, go to columbia.

you can't really go wrong either way, but it depends on your own preference.

personally, i'd go to columbia.

just realized meaning* i was just doing this as a test, wasn't planning on graduating (unless i got accepted to columbia/cornell/MIT)... kinda thing, and i didn't skip any grades, i just finished all my hs requirements freshman and sophomore year... that's all

??

What are you talking about?

hmmmm.....but how did you end up applying early to two schools?

.....and not know about it until now?

Have you considered applying ED to a community college?

HAHAHA, i hope ur kidding right? if not then ouch... :(

i have no idea what you're talking about cujoe..
how can u just apply to 2 schools ED?
is it some kinda joke?

i think that this is just a joke

Just call one of them and tell them to put off your app. until RD time comes around. No need to panic...

hmm, is it just me or has the name of this thread changed?

Definitley changed.

I noticed that also.

Wow. Cornell and Columbia are two VERRYYYY different schools. In EVERYTHING. I have yet to meet someone who has done their research and are still applying to BOTH.

I'm applying to both.... and I have done my research. I know about NYC, core curriculum, etc and I know about Cornell's new nanotech building, the fact that it's on a hill, strong engineering program, etc.

They can be two different schools but still equally attractive.

i agree duskstamper, i'm applying to both
