Two questions about essays

1) For my "Why Chicago" essay, would it be too unorthodoxed if it was a list begining with the phrase "I want"? I have thought about different ways to go by writing my Why Chicago essay, but my mind always comes back to that idea. Has anyone else tried this?

2) How script-like should my Question 4 essay be? I want to make it as authentic as possible, but would that kill the essay part of the writing?

I think both of your formatting ideas sound effective and will help you get your thoughts across. The added bonus for you is that your writing will be in smaller paragraphs with more white space-- easier for the adcoms to read.

Thank you. One more question, though...

Do you know of anyone who attends UChicago full-time while ALSO attending classes at Second City?

in my why chicago essay, i listed what i wanted and i was accepted ;)

rszanto, I don't know of anybody who has done that, but that doesn't mean they aren't out there.
