Two Questions

Sorry if this has been asked countless times, but I rarely read this forum:

I am going to be a senior in hs next year, and took two ap exams this year (AP Calc AB and American Gov't AP). When I go to send my scores next year after taking four more exams, will the two from my junior year also be sent?

This is not out of worry for poor performance on the exams, as I believe that I did decently on both of them. However, I would like them sent next year so as to place out of certain courses, fulfill college requirements (particularly for Gov, as I'm not a fan of history courses), or receive credit for certain courses in college.

If anyone could shed light on this topic, or simply direct me to a relevant thread, it would be much appreciated.

**Also-for those who have already applied to college: is it beneficial to send AP scores to the colleges to which I am applying, as my high school for some perverse reason refuses to list AP scores on official transcripts.

Your score report is sent to whichever ONE college you put down on your AP Test packet thing. This score report includes the scores from every AP Exam you've taken, no matter what year you took them in. If you want to send the scores to more colleges, you'll have to pay.

I don't think many colleges look at AP Exam scores for admissions (the ones I applied to didn't mention it). You can send them if you want, but Exam scores are used more for placement than anything. The fact that you've taken several AP classes (and hopefully done well in said classes) should be enough for most colleges.
