<p>I'm currently a sophomore at MSU and I plan on transferring to U-M. I have a 3.8 GPA, about 40 or so credits, and in the Honors College at MSU. I've started my Common App but it won't let me choose the Winter Semester of 2014. I could only choose Fall 2013 or Spring 2013, of which both deadlines have passed. Are transfer students not allowed to transfer during the Winter semester? If not, what are my chances of getting in? I have a 27 on the ACT and a 3.6 high school GPA. I could really use some advice, thanks!</p>
