U of I vs. Marquette vs loyola

I got accepted into all three schools, but cannot decide on which is best for pre-med/dental
I am not that bright and do not want to get weeded out.I am afraid U of I 's science class will be too competitive/difficult, but it is still a very good school. What school provides me the best chance to succeed to do well in school and the MCAT? Also, I plan to major in biology.

yes, it’s likely U of I will have weed-out classes for premeds.
I’m not sure majoring in biology is the best choice - half med school applicants don’t get into even one med school and there’s currently a glut of biology majors.
Look into Marquette’s and Loyola’s support services: how late are the writing center, math center, tutoring center, the library open? Look at a current schedule, look at premed classes and see if there is a syllabus online: are the grades curved, how are they decided? Can you email the professor and ask a few questions such as what high school preparation they recommend to succeed in that class, what is assumed mastered before the class, if the TA has review sessions, how many students are enrolled in the class, what percentage, on average, pass, and what percentage, on average, gets an A?
