Here's an outline of my resum

No ideas? o.0

adds UVa to list of schools

Oh, c’mon, it took a long time to type that…

also, does anyone know if the credits will transfer smoothly to Michigan?

i would say u have a good chance but…you are outta state so ur on the borderline of being accepted.

Sorry to report, but I would say probably not, since you are OOS.

On the others, I would guesstimate -

Berkely - No
UVa - No
UNC - Maybe
UCLA - Probably

What’s your proposed major? How did you generate this list?

My top three are UMich, Berkeley, and UVa. I want to go to a large, highly ranked public school where all my credits will transfer. I’ll probably major in prelaw studies or psychology and minor in Spanish.

If it makes any difference, my actual HS GPA is 3.925, not 3.90. =/

I will be frank - You only took 1 A.P. course..I know several students at UCSD and they took many more challenging classes. Also, GPA and class ranking is UBER important in the UC system. (That’s why I’m not applying to any, haha)

If you want to go into FORENSICS you should probably take more mathematics courses.

Just got my March 1 SAT scores!

780W/760CR/660M = 2200

Does this make a difference?

bumping to first page -

does anyone else have opinions?

correction: 650M, not 660 =/ too bad. 2190, not 2200 lol.

Any other opinions? My fate is at stake… I really wanna go to Michigan :D

Paying full tuition doesn’t give you any sort of advantage or disadvantage. Financial aid and admissions are actually on two different pages and are handled separatly. That being said, UMichi doesn’t place a whole lot of weight on in/out of state applicants. I think you have a chance at being accepted, just make your courseload really tough and get the best possible grades.

At Michigan they don’t even look at Freshman year. He said they consider it a transition year. Also they are going 2 look @ your recalculated GPA (which is comprised of Foreign Language, Math, Sciences ,History, English) of Sophmore and Junior Year…
Good Luck!
