U of Michigan in-state

I’m currently a junior in the metro detroit area, I’ve been so caught up in OOS state admissions but don’t really have a grasp on what it takes for in state.

Demographics:
White male, upper-middle class

ACT scores (Best Scores taken from 2 ACT tests)
C: 31 M:34 R:33 S:32 E:27 Writing: 23
I am currently with an English and writing tutor to prepare for the June ACT

GPA: 3.96 Unweighted

Courseload (By the end of my senior year): 5 Ap classes, AP Calc BC, Ap Chem, AP Bio, Ap Gov, Ap Microecon
In honors precalc right now. Have taken/will take physics,anatomy, biology, vertabrates.

Activities:
Volunteer at a hospital on a weekly basis
Shadow surgeries and medical procedures
NHS
Co-captain of JV lacrosse (Quit after sophomore year)
Summer jobs every year
Chemistry olympiad

Preferred major: Chemistry or other science

Teacher and counselor reps will be very good

essays will be pretty good, my brother committed suicide and it’s changed my view on my world.

Should I take SAT subject tests?
