<p>I assume you're applying for Fall 2009? Your chances look pretty good for LSA I think. I would assume that LSA is easier to get into than Engineering, unless you are set on being an engineer, in which case you should apply to COE no matter what. If you are undecided it might be best to apply to LSA and apply for a transfer to COE a few semesters later if that's what you decide to do. </p>
<p>Your stats look pretty good for LSA. I transfered into LSA in Fall 2005 with stats close to your's, although my ACT score was a bit lower. If you're applying for Fall 09 your grades at the end of this semester will be important. When I transferred I had a freshmen fall term GPA of 3.8 for 16 credit hours. </p>
