your gpa is good and math act is excellent. as such you have a decent chance, a bit iffy though.
if possible, retake act. subject tests are not useful for u minn.

anyone els? help please! i will return the favor and chance you back

This table [Academic Profile](Academic Profile of Fall 2022 Admitted Freshman Applicants by College | Office of Admissions) has stats for admitted students at the University of Minnesota by college. Although admitted students are going to have better stats than those that end up enrolling your ACT score is still on the low side for CSE. In particular, your ACT reading score could be a huge liability. I don’t and I doubt anyone on these boards knows if the CSE admissions department will overlook the reading score if favor of math and science scores or will conclude you can’t handle college humanities classes based on your low reading score. You should make a serious effort to raise your ACT reading score.

Your gpa and transcript seem excellent so that should help. Your extracurriculars also seem fine although I don’t the University of Minnesota really cares about them. I would say with your current stats it’s kinda iffy but still possible, while if you can significantly raise your ACT reading score you have a decent shot. I think honors is probably a long shot although I have no idea how the select honors students or how selective it is.
