<p>A larger synagogue has been completed on Bama’s campus and dedication ceremony was held in August. This new building replaces a smaller one that was previously off campus. </p>

<p>Although Bama has had a Hillel since 1934, this year ground was broke for a larger Jewish student center on campus. It will be located next to the new temple.</p>

<p>It is very convenient for students to have their places of worship and community right on campus.</p>
<p>Interesting, thanks for posting. We’re not religious enough to need kosher food but it sends a signal to all Jewish families about the acceptance of the colleges.</p>
