UC App Academic Record Mistake

<p>I go to a Catholic school, so religious courses are mandatory for all four years. I accidentally put them as college-prep electives when I saw on my school transcript online that they're not counted as college-prep. Is there any way where I can contact them and simply ask them to remove those courses from my academic record, since they basically don't count? Is it even worth correcting?</p>
