UC App question

<p>I have already submitted my UC application. I was about to pay (through credit card) but it did not redirect me to the site where I was supposed to put my credit card information. So, I refreshed the page. Now, it says that my payment is still “pending”. What do I do? Does anyone know how I’m supposed to pay given this situation??</p>
