In one of my essays I talk about sports. the words basketball, baseball, soccer come up alot, and they arent capitalized. Then I start talking about squash, and the first time I mention it I didn’t capitalize it, but the 2nd and 3rd time I did. I realized after writing the essay that sports arent supposed to be capitalized and made them all lowercase, but I guess I missed a couple, resulting in inconsistency. Is this a big deal?
I doubt if it’s a big deal. The content and how you put your thoughts together in a coherent and interesting-to-read manner will be way more important. The idea of the essays is that they want to get to know more about you as a person.
Don’t stress about it. What’s done is done. Worry about your high school work and keeping your grades up!
