I made a mistake while calling them. Do you think my chances at UCs can be affected by my calls (used the same number on application to call).

What kind of mistake? Without more information, nobody is going to be able to give you any feedback, not even speculative.
I’m just wondering if your call has an effect in evaluation for your application regardless of the mistake.
@Pakse98 “regardless of the mistake” makes this an unanswerable question. It’s like asking people to chance you at a university, but then witholding your GPA and SAT scores. You won’t get a meaningful answer without offering more context.
