<p>I was wondering if anyone could answer these questions.</p>
<p>1) What do we put for 2006 tax income report because ours hasn't come out yet we only have 2005. Do we just estimate the 2006?</p>
<p>2) What if I took Health in the summer before my 9th grade began? Do I add that in? (It was taken at the current high school I attend)</p>
<p>3) For the AP test section, do we add in AP tests we will be taking in May 2007? </p>
<p>4) For the Awards section...I have received the Principal's Honor Roll throughout highschool more than once, how do I list this? Because it only has 5 options, and I've received it 6 times so I can't repeat it. Also it asks which date you received it and I've received it on more than one date. </p>

<p>If you're continuing the sport, just check the box After 12. </p>

<p>Don't send them. As someone said before, you only need to send your transcript if you are accepted and will attend a UC. </p>
