I had health issues after highschool that limited mobility so I took University of Phoenix online classes ( which suckedd). Now i’m better and completed IGETC at cc, which wouldn’t (and I didn’t want them to) accept courses from UoP.

I know I’m supposed to add that I went there, but I can’t find the school code anywhere (the local satellite “school” was in Pasadena, not Phoenix, and each have separate #s).

I didn’t and won’t reveive a degree/ diploma so what do I fill in on the app? Do I have to list those courses I took there too? I really don’t want to deal with that stupid school ugh…

snooks86 - You need to do it manually (i.e. don’t pick it from the menu they give you for each school you’ve attended). Type into the boxes underneath that menu. I added my non-transferable math class with no issue.

joliefillie - I think you need to put down that you went there, even if there isn’t a code.

I put it in because I didn’t finish all four years of high school, so I need them to see that I completed those high school level requirements. It also shows that I didn’t only take two classes during a Spring semester.

do uc applications ask about criminal record? i know that csus don’t and I asked the counselors at de anza and they also said no, but i don’t really trust the counselors there. is there anyone that can give me a solid answer please?

I got an F one semester and I know I need to put it on my application, but what happens when I do academic renewal and it’s not computed in my GPA?

When you click on another section and try to exit the section before completing the section, it shows that it is incomplete. Am I doing something wrong when I’m trying to log off? It seems like you can’t log off until you complete a section, preview it, and then log off. So how can you start a section, not complete it, and log off without all incomplete things popping up?

Rwasko, you want to put everything that is on your transcripts, which is what the Cal and UCLA reps told me last week. She said it’s better to be safe than sorry because they find out everything. For years, I never told my school about me attending City College, SF but she scared me when she said if they find out about classes not on your app, that you can’t ever apply for a UC again.

what should I do if I attended a junior high for 9th grade? Should I manually enter it in as a school or just say that I “took” it at my senior high (although I did list the years at the senior high as 10th-12th)?

how good is an internship in Europe in an american highly growing startup company that operates internationally for an international relation/political economy major? UCLA , CAL

i really hope that it will stand out in my application …

@ monaco, can you restate your question again? it’s kind of confusing.

@TheStanman- I would just put the senior high school. I went 2 different high schools, but just put the one I graduated and have my diploma from. They don’t ask for HS transcripts anyway.

sorry, so i am a political economy, international relation major seeking to transfer to UCLA or CAL.
I am getting an internship in europe for the spring semester in an american startup company that is growing very fast and i will do every single thing that you can possibly do in international business and i will work with the american headquarters and clients in Europe and Middle East.

My question is that i really hope this internship related to my major will stand out in my application. I have a 3.6 GPA only with strong upward trend.

Since the Nov. SAT’s were today, and I’m hoping to get my application turned in by this week, and since scores aren’t out… do I put Taken:Nov 2009 or Planned:Nov 2009 ?

Pokerawr, are you a freshman applicant? Or are you transferring from a community college? If it’s the latter, the UCs do not ask for your SAT scores.
