<p>I went on the site to apply online for the UC's, however, there is no link to apply for the FALL quarter/semester. It only says for WINTER or SPRING, which I do not understand...</p>
<p>Can anyone clarify this for me? It says the filing period for fall is Nov. 1-30, however, I want to start early...</p>
<p>Apps don't come out till Nov. 1. Only thing you can start early on are the prompts, which are assumingly the same each year.</p>
<p>New application's not up yet, but it doesn't change much year to year so get started on your essays. Generally, if you write a killer 500-750 word essay on a passion/personal growth topic, you can easily tweak it for UCs, Common App., USC, etc.</p>
<p>I believe the new prompts are up for UCs 2008-09, but no app, yet.</p>
