Nobody knows the exact time; they’re basing it off past years. One person says they’ve heard from a director or admissions officer that it’s 4PM, but all we know for sure is that admissions comes out before 11:59PM lol

That’s not the case because I didn’t sign up for a summer session and still got the notifications on my CalCentral. But I agree, this is all just speculation. It would be best to simply wait until the official decisions are released.

I got accepted to ucla with a 3.1 hopefullly i get into berkeley with ethnic studies but if do it get in it might be rescinded because of my D and F at uc Davis were i didnt want to go to in the first place. does anybody know how lenient the uc are when it comes to bad grades not in core classes
So I was just e-mailed by one of my Berkeley program directors that decisions will be released at 4. Hopefully they will.

@napoleonsprit i got accepted as a African american studies major truth from Uc Davis using my community college grades. I was shocked but not so shocked. you just got to be creative with your application that the trick
To my understanding, they want you to report all grades that drop below a C during the maintenance period. If it really isn’t going to hugely impact you, they might be lenient. It would be wisest to email them and ask directly.

@BarknotBerk I called them over the phone and they said I should report all changes immediately to my ucla and that after they look over my grades from report changes they will determine whether our not my admission will be revoked as african American studies. The worst case scenario is that i get rescinded from both ucla and uc berkeley our if one our the other become lenient. Im so scared to come up with an explanation for the D and F but there not core classes. i plan on taking summer courses at uc Berkeley
