Guys–i messed up on my statement of residency form. What are the odds I can get that form reset? It doesn’t let me go back to make changes. I really don’t want this to hurt my admissions…
@zeller132 How did you mess up? I think that form would only affect the tuition you pay (in a worst case nightmare scenario), it shouldn’t be a problem for your admission status. There has got to be a way to redo it; email your adviser and then call them (because the advisers are pretty slow at responding to emails I’ve noticed).
@mightyMETA i read the wrong line and ended up putting my mom as a non-citizen, which isn’t true. I emailed the residence office so I guess all I can do is wait for a response during the week, but I do feel dumb about it

Yes! I’m worried about finding housing, choosing classes, financial aid, finding a roommate and all that fun stuff, but we’ll just take step by step. We got into one of the best schools in the world!
What makes me nervous is that our acceptance is only conditional as of now- we have to send all these transcripts and a bunch of other stuff and wait until July to have complete closure of our acceptance haha
@plsacceptmeUCs I feel that completely too xD In one of the two computer science courses I’m currently enrolled in, the professor hasn’t graded anything and we haven’t even had an exam (so my grade is literally undefined in the gradebook). @kors03 i saw the exact same thing on my account. are we supposed to contact our major department advisor or something to make sure we are on track to declare our major and sign up for classes (i was re-reading my Conditions of Admission, and it states “Note: Your admission to UC Berkeley DOES NOT guarantee admission to the major of your choice. It is important that you check with the department of your intended major immediately to be certain that you are on track to declare your major.”)
Okay, so I was accepted to Georgetown, too. I’m freakin’ out. I don’t know where to go now. Cal has always been my dream, but like Gtown is pretty awesome…

Hey so I finally SIRed to Cal, super late but have not set up the Calnet ID so I can apply for housing. Are they supposed to send me an email? I haven’t been able to pay for the SIR either.
