okay so i was able to login and only have 1 notification for new admit tour… anyone else?

It seems fairly tame but only some people have it. Suggesting that maybe cal updates information on map and calcentral.berkeley.edu so internally it is all there but we can’t see it on our end. This “trick” might be an indication of the internal changes.
@Orangered123 You don’t have a notification about new admit tours? It says:
"New Admit Tours
Visitor & Parent Services offers special tours for newly admitted and waitlisted students and their families.
Visit our website for more information and to reserve a tour."
I was able to log into cal central
@Iridiium that I do not. My head wants to believe it doesn’t mean much but my gut is telling me that it is.
I am so confused… I am checking my MAP and the only thing I see if the four addresses. When I try logging onto Cal Net it is asking me for my ID, where do I get that… I am not a current student at UCB.
@Orangered123 You had really good stats so I’m not if it’s true. I think it maybe a format difference between all of us. Are you accessing it on your phone or on a computer? Either way, I would say don’t worry about it.
@kors03 I just went to cal central and tried to get a cal net ID. I still haven’t received the email for it but was able to login using my map account info. it gives you an option to do that at the bottom

You are actually able to enter cal central with that login? I see that option but it says invalid credentials when i click it.
I just tried logging in and it said “Unrecognized Log-In”
I have the new admit tour notification.
@LandUseLaw honestly I’m not really sure how but I just kept messing with it and got in somehow.
@ucvalerieames My friend did the same thing as you did. Maybe because she requested for ID after the admission office hour. I requested about 3PM and got an e mail. Then I could login with MAP ID
