What exactly is UCB’s AP credit policy for l&s? Do they give credit for all scores above a 3? And if so, do the units granted comply with what’s on here: http://admission.universityofcalifornia.edu/counselors/exam-credit/ap-credits/index.html
All UCs have the same policy of granting credit for all 3+ AP scores. However, that’s not the same as satisfying course requirements for graduation. You’d have to check this table for your major:

@Seljuk Yes, the units you will receive comply with what is on the link you posted. As @goldenbear2020 mentioned, subject credit can be tricky.
All scores of 3 or higher can satisfy IGETC requirements, if that’s what you’re following. A completed IGETC can override the L&S requirements and their minimum scores to grant subject credit.
For example, a 3 on the English Literature exam WILL give you credit for English 1A, only if you follow IGETC. If you are following the L&S Breadth Requirements, however, you will not get subject credit for it, but you will get 5.33 units. Unfortunately, those units are essentially pointless, because you would have to take English 1A anyway, and they do not award duplicate credit - so if you get a 3 on that exam and are following the L&S Breadth requirements, you will have to take English 1A, and consequently, your AP units will not be counted for that exam.
I bring this up to show that, even with those two links, dealing with AP credit can be somewhat complicated, and it’s good to talk to a counselor to make sure everything is in order (or look over things extensively by yourself).
Thanks for the replies, appreciate it!

If your major is in the College of Letters and Science, note that the listing in the above linked page show only the general College of Letters and Science requirements that may be fulfilled with AP credit. For major requirements, you need to look at the departmental web pages for what requirements may be fulfilled with AP credit (ASSIST pages may have that listed for some majors, but departmental web pages should be checked anyway).
