I'm super excited but was disappointed to find out football games for the 2010-2011 school year will be held at the AT&T Park... I was hoping to walk to the stadium! :(

ugggg how awful!!!

i remember walking to the stadium from frat pre-parties… best times ever

Ughh I know this news really sucks. I don’t even like AT&T Park. lol at least I’ll be near my house.

Then again - one of the beautiful points of college is to get away from home! haha.

lol ok let me change that from “walking” to “stumbling”

First, it’s CAL football, not UC BERKELEY football :)))

Second, 2010-2011 will be at Memorial.
2011-2012 will be at AT&T.

really, so it’s still at OUR stadium then??

is it ever held at stanford…?

Oh, I was confused by the banner. :(

JYI, Cal and Stanford will play ‘The Big Game’ at each others fields every other year. It’s actually like this for EVERY school in the Pac-10. If Cal plays UCLA at home this year, they WILL play AT UCLA the next year, it’s identical for every school.

This year, the BIG GAME will be at Cal, next year, since it’s Stanford’s turn, it will be at their house. Since the big game will be played at Stanford regardless of where our home stadium is in 2011-2012, it doesn’t really matter if our home stadium that year is AT&T park.

Thanks for hyping me up NCB316!!! :D
