These are the grades from my first/second semester of junior year, which I am currently in. For those of you who aren’t familiar with the IB system, IB HL are weighted as +1 point AP courses, and SL as +.5 honors.

Your academics seem pretty good but your extracurriculars are pretty weak. Any volunteering?
Academics go first but Universitie like UCB want some solid extra activities from the applicants.

UCs tend to consider HS GPA (based on 10th-11th grade courses, with +1 for up to 8 semesters’ of honors courses, including many AP and IB courses) much more heavily than SAT or ACT scores. “Test score heavy” applicants like you should be careful not to overestimate chances at UCs based on high SAT or ACT scores.

http://www.universityofcalifornia.edu/infocenter/freshman-admissions-summary indicates that, for 2015, applicants with HS GPA of 3.80-4.19 had a 12% admission rate to UCB and 49% admission rate to UCSB. However, division/major applied to may matter, and competition may be greater this coming year.
