uc berkeley media studies major, cs minor?

<p>So initially, i was going to do a double-major with media studies and film but then i started thinking about my career and what i really wanted to do and being a production assistant didn't sound very appealing.....</p>

<p>I am now planning on taking cs 3L and berkeley then the 61 series.</p>

<p>What do you guys think of the media studies major and computer science minor combo?</p>

<p>Assuming that your stronger interest is in media/film, while still wanting a more “practical” area of study under your belt, that is a good combo. Plus, the media studies major is only 30 units, so you’ll have more than enough time/space in your schedule (hopefully) to complete the minor. </p>
