<p>If this really was a matter of miscommunication, I'm sure a letter of appeal will be pretty strong. Don't necessarily say it wasn't your fault, but explain the situation thoroughly and try to exhibit some of the passion you have for the school that you're doing on this forum. Seriously, this isn't <em>as big</em> as some of the worse things that could've happened. If you hadn't fulfilled your senior year grades, I'm sure your chances would be close to nil. Something like this, where you know for a fact you aren't lying about your classes/grades/transcripts, might let you get a shot at spring semester.</p>
