UC Berkeley SAT Score Usage?

Hey, so I see that they say to report our highest overall score, but my scores are as follows:
Reading 640, Math 640, Writing 790 = 2070
Reading 700, Math 660, Writing 680 = 2030
(not super great... i know...)

I'm just worried that even though my highest score is 2070, that it wont look so good because my math and reading scores are pretty low for that sitting. How do they look at SAT scores in the reviewing process? Does the total score matter more than the individual scores? Will they notice that I did much better in Reading+Math the second time even though I got a lower overall score?

For Cal and UCLA, which practice holistic admissions, they will look at all the components as well as overall for every sitting, plus everything else in your application, and make an overall decision. For the other campuses, it is strictly the overall score of the highest sitting that is used in their admissions formulae
