I think its more likely to come out at 6pm than at 3 if judging by last year.

Ive been looking and usually around this time only rejection mails will come out. This is a wild ride!!!
Nope, last year’s applicants got acceptance email about this time.
Maybe there is no a second wave. This year, Cal want small groups. We never know what they are thinking. 
Calcentral was supposed to update from 7:50-16:00 today. But they canceled it. I checked a few times, there is nothing.
I think thats unlikely. They only did one wave and on the 6th? Highly doubt it. Something is cooking. People on the waitlist didnt even necessarily get their spring grades to report by the 6th. They’re pushing it back for some reason.
If rumor is true they’re pushing it back to the 4th, then thats that. Otherwise they may even announce admittance along with rejections on the 1st. Cal would’ve announced they’ve determined the incoming class already if there were no second wave.
I called undergrad admissions yesterday and they said everything will be finalized by July 1st. I also think it is unlikely that there is only one wave. Hoping for the best for all of us tomorrow!
Agree! I tried to ask people around and none of them heard back except on June 6th. So there should be another wave coming out
If anything, the fact that this has gone on longer than the 27th date of the previous year, either means they’re seriously debating or they’re approving more applicants than usual so it may be a positive thing. Perhaps after the budget was released they let some more in.
It could also just be nothing and a change of how they do announcements from the previous year. Who knows. Maybe now they’ll do the second wave on the day-of July 1st as to not let others wait for a few days to guess they’re out
This has gone from a UC Berkeley transfer waitlist to a hardcore conspiracy group. I hope we all get in and can grab a coffee one day and laugh about this experience! Fingers crossed for good luck to all tomorrow!

Nothing either, and as of 3:32, nothing. At this point I’m assuming admissions on the 2nd round will be announced on the 1st. They probably switched it up since last year, July 1 announcements were largely rejections. So this year not to give it away, they’ll probably announce it on the same day.
