UC Berkeley, USC, UCLA chances?

<p>I'm from Turkey and I'm a sophomore this year.
Freshman GPA 3.2 I know it sucks but this year it's 3.88. My school doesn't have any AP classes, there's only the IB program and I'm not an IB student. I know I don't have a rigorous schedule.
SAT 2090 & TOEFL 110.
3 years of voluntary hospital work. Member of the Make A Wish Foundation. Fluent in Turkish, English and Spanish. Starred in some tv shows. </p>

<p>My major is Media Studies. What are my chances for UC Berkeley, USC and UCLA?</p>

<p>Well, if you’re a sophomore you still have time to boost your gpa. Also, if you got a 2090 in your sophomore year, your SAT score is likely to increase as you get closer and closer to senior year.
As of right now:
UC Berkeley is a high reach, USC and UCLA are reaches, but if you keep working hard you should be able to put yourself in a very good spot for admissions.

<p>you can get into all those schools with a freaking 1700 SAT. All you need are good ECs and a good essay.</p>
