Chance me for UC Berkeley, USC and Emory

I'm an international student and I'm a senior at the moment. I'm planning on applying to UC Berkeley, USC and Emory University. I won't ask for any financial aid.

There aren't any AP classes in my school. There's the IB program and I'm not an IB student.

Weighted GPAs
Freshman: 4.0
Sophomore: 4.85
Junior: 4.92

SAT: 2100

ECs
300 hours of volunteer work
young guru academy leadership program for 2 years
phillips exeter academy summer school
2 years of volleyball
fluent in turkish, english and spanish
summer internship at one of the best high schools in turkey

My high school is really well known in Turkey and sends lots of students to Ivy Leagues.

Ethnicity: Turkish

How is that GPA even possible?

Im so shocked! Haha, but really though great job on your academic performance in the past four years. I think that you have a strong chance of getting into all of those colleges. GOod luck! Make sure to write strong personal statements.

In Turkey, we have GPAs out of five. There is not an accurate way to convert them to the US scale since the grading system is different but this student’s GPA is roughly equal to an UW GPA of 3.8/4.0.

UC Berkeley - Reach
USC - Match
Emory - High Match

Be careful about UC Berkeley, they have tightened their entry requirements for Turkish students as of recently. Last year from our school (RC) 19 students applied, with really high GPAs and NONE OF THEM got in.

What is your prospective major?
