UC Berkeley vs Georgetown vs UMich

I am interested in undergraduate in finance and business and is from San Francisco Bay Area. I got into the following colleges/programs and confused what to select.

  1. UC Berkeley - undeclared pre HaaS... Heard it's very competitive to get into HaaS. In-state tuition so $30K saving per year. Not sure if I like the campus and closer to home.
  2. Georgetown (McDonough Business School); Like the smaller class size, expose to DC and foreign policy and macro. but it's not a top 10 ranked school in business, Is it worth spending $70K when I have an option to get into HaaS at UC Berkeley.
  3. Univ of Michigan, but yet to get into Ross: Heard if I don't get into Ross, it's not possible to switch there
  4. UCLA - pre business economics, but they don't offer good courses in this. Looks like they don't have any business program for undergraduate in Anderson business school
  5. USC Marshall school - I can't imagine spending $70K per yer when I have offer from two other best in-state schools.
  6. University of Virginia

Would appreciate any input/feedback/advice to help me take the decision.
Thanks

Go to Berkeley.

The acceptance rate to get into Haas is around 34%. The middle 80% GPA range was 3.34-3.94.

Admissions to Haas is based 50% on grades, 35% on essays, and 15% on extracurricular activities.

What is the cost of attending Michigan and UVa?

If you get into Ross, I would go for Michigan if it is not cost prohibitive.
