UC Berkeley

Hey Guys:) I’m currently enrolled in a normal public high school in California and I am a junior this year, which means I’m gonna apply for the college in the coming fall semester. I’m planning to apply for UCB (STEM Majors, specifically), however, I don’t know if there is a chance for me to go there.
I had my tenth grade in China. Then, I came to America last summer and this year is the first year for me to attend in a school in the US. And as I’m a new student, my counselor didn’t give me a lot of honored courses. Therefore, I got Regular English, PE, AP Calc AB, Regular Chemistry, Intro Art and Regular US History. Among these classes, I got a B in English and A in all other classes. This semester I switched Regular Chem to Honors Chem. Therefore, I will have an estimated weighted GPA of 4.1 (and 3.8 non-weighted) by the end of junior year. My class rank should be 50-60 out of 450.
I took the PSAT and got 1340 out of 1520. I also took the March SAT and I think I should be able to get 1400+ on it.
I took the SAT Subject and got 800 on Mathematics, Physics, and Chemistry.
I’m going to take AP tests this May, including some self-studied ones.
My counselor looked at my PSAT score and said that if I kept on the track it would be promising for me to get in to UC. However, I’m still not confident about it. Is there a chance for me to get into UC Berkeley?

FYI, I’m gonna meet the A-G requirements of the UC System.

At the end of Junior year, you need to calculate your UC GPA: https://rogerhub.com/gpa-calculator-uc/

If you are at or above the averages, you stand a decent chance at an acceptances. EC’s, essays and letters of recommendation (if requested) will all be important aspects of your application, so these could help or hurt your chances.
