<p>If this can pass it would be great news for middle class students, including my own. After reading the description for funding, I can’t figure out what the corporate “loophole” is. Can anyone explain this too me? Thanks</p>
<p>It is essentially a tax break for out of state businesses who are involved in the California economy. </p>
<p>The opposition states that removing this tax break would tempt these businesses towards moving out of California, which wouldn’t help our unemployment situation.</p>
<p>Personally, I agree with this bill, and I see the current situation as an outlet for politicians to put the financial burden on parents as well as future generations of adults. </p>
<p>It shouldn’t cost such a unreasonable sum of money to receive an education.</p>
<p>But once again, that’s just my two cents on the issue.</p>
