UC Davis, Cal Poly SLO, Chapman University

I'm about to enter my senior year in high school. As of now, my top three college/ university choices are Cal Poly SLO, UC Davis, and Chapman University. I am considering going first to a community college for general ed and then transferring, but assuming I decide not to do that, what are the odds I'd be accepted into any of these schools right now?

SAT Composite: 2010
ACT Composite: 28

APs:
AP English Lang: 5
AP United States History: 5

This year I'll be taking:
AP Physics 1
AP English Lit
AP Calculus BC
AP Psych
AP American Govt

My GPA at the end of junior year was 4.0 (4.67 weighted) and I was last listed as being in the top 12 or so percent of my class (don't remember the actual numbers).

I don't know how big a role extracurricular stuff plays in being admitted to these schools so I'll just note that I have around a hundred hours of community service certified by my high school (their pretty big on this sort of thing) and will have well over that by the end of the year. Thanks for any input.

Maintain a good GPA and you should be good to go.
