UC Davis Class of 2014

With Admission decisions coming out soon, I thought it was time for a UC Davis thread as I can never find one.

I applied and am hoping to get in, but am doubtful.

SAT 1310/1930
GPA 4.0 weighted / 3.7 non-weighted

Interested to see the stats of other people who applied and if they were accepted or not! Good luck to everyone!

Class of 2018, not Class of 2014.

My son is waiting to hear from Uc Davis and UCSB. ACT 31, GPA 3.72 UW, 4.6 W. He has been accepted to Cal Poly SLO.

What is your son’s major?

My son is also waiting to hear from the UCs (Chemical Engineering) - UC Davis, UCSB, UCI, and SLO (Materials Engineering). Stats - ACT 31, GPA 3.68 UW/4.1 W, SAT 740 M/670 R, 7 APs. He has taken several APs and in the IB program, about 185 hrs of volunteer/community service work. Waiting to hear back from UCDavis UCSB, Whitman, Colby and Cornell.

Has anyone received an acceptance yet for UC Davis for the class of 2018? UC Davis’ newsletters said it would release all freshmen admission decisions today. My son has not received any notice one way or the other. I was wondering if that date is wrong. Thanks!
