<p>Basically i was just wondering can anyone tell me if all or a select few off campus apartments near by that are eligible with financial aid come with utilities included in the price.</p>
<p>the new complex–the ramble–includes utilities. i don’t know about others but i’d assume that the standard off campus apartment price does NOT include utilities. just google ‘the ramble uc davis’ and you can see the floorplans and stuff.</p>
