UC Davis sent me a questionnaire to fill out after submitting my application. How much time do I have to complete it?
What you received is a supplemental review. I would try to complete and send it in as soon as possible since they will not complete your application review until you submit it.
Which supplemental questionnaire did you receive?
“5-question hardship + 4-question disability” questionnaire, “6-question talent” questionnaire, and “18-question educationally/socioeconomically disadvantaged” questionnaire. Regardless of which questionnaire you receive, you will need to carefully fill it out as this could be the final piece of information needed to determine your admission outcome.
Hello, my daughter received the 5-Hardship questionnaire in an email this morning. It also has a place for her to tap a teacher/counselor or other recommender to write in to support her. Since we are on break, we won’t be able to confirm with her teacher for the rec until the 7th or 8th. So, we will have to wait a little bit before we can turn it in. That being said, we will have the rest of the response ready to go as soon as we confirm with teacher.
