UC Davis vs. Santa Clara University vs. UCLA

HI all! I’ve narrowed down my college search (eliminating USC, Berekely, and UCSD) to three schools: UC Davis, UCLA, and Santa Clara University. While the choice may have seemed obvious at first, everything changed when I received scholarships to these schools: The presidential scholarship to SCU (full tuition of $196,000 paid for, priority class registration, honors program, priority dorm choice), The regents scholarship to UC Davis ($7,500 each year for total of $25,000 for tuition, priority class registration, honors program, honors dorm), and the Achievement Scholarship at UCLA (Full tuition for freshman year, may change with changing financial need).

While I had pretty much decided to go to UCLA initially, upon research of the honors programs of SCU and UC Davis and after visiting the two campuses and learning first-hand about the importance of the smaller class sizes that come with the honors program as well as the priority class-registration, I started to ponder if this priority class registration, and the smaller class sizes in which the professors actually get to know me were outweighed the rankings and prestige of UCLA. I was hoping to hear some thoughts, maybe some pros and cons of these universities.
Thanks!

One thing to add, I am intending to major in Biology on the track to Medical School. Thanks!

I’d go for the full scholarship at SCU. Med school is very expensive.

Net price at each?
