How does transfer waitlist work?
I believe transfer waitlist comes in waves, same as freshman waitlist, except that notifications happen up until June 30th. Best of luck!

Still waitlisted too for bio science… today was my breaking point I got closed out of UCI…and both UCSB and UCD haven’t notified me as other students got in…brutal I’m depressed

@nickelzzz as far as I understand, the waves are by college/major, sending out info for multiple majors at once. I’ve heard that Biological Sciences and Letters and Sciences are among the earliest ones to send out updates (although not everyone at the same time~ so people who are majoring sciency stuff and didn’t get a response: don’t treat it like a rejection). I don’t think it’s sent out by last name, which would make predicting it even harder. 
There are usually a couple large waves and then more smaller ones until June, although there have been instances when people were notified early June in the past, as can be seen from the forums of earlier years.
It’s a stressful wait knowing they can respond whenever they want, but so far it’s looking good… judging by the people who were nice enough to comment on here and let the rest of us know Davis was taking people off the waitlist (at least it’s definitely more people than that year when only like 8 got off). Let’s hope the stats will be somewhat similar to last year’s!

@7043lo yeah on my portal it says so but I applied for undeclared in CHASS, so i’m not too sure.
