Well, i don't think I am disciplined at all. I only study about 2 days out of the week, although i never miss classes. I have exams every 4 weeks, but i wait till the last weekend to study for them. My most of my classes like Ochem, microbio are pure memorizations. SO, i wait till the last minute most of the time. Go over my notes twice... Unfortunatly that usually translates into gettting B and not A. If i were better disciplined and started studying early, i'd proly get more A's. I hate studying, and i put it off till last minute. Community colleges are very boring for me, so i just go home and try to do something entertaining to cheer myself up, and studying is not it.

20 min!!!:)

You guys usually fight over who gets to do the countdown. Guess UCSD results is making everyone forget about UCLA and Cal.

it's not that we forgot about it, its the fact that LA and CAL's decisions are SO far away it seems like it'll never come.

Yes and by the way,

I call it!

Decisions most likely won't come out at midnight. Check in the morning.

I've had a few classes that were amazing, but for the most part you're right about how boring cc is! It's so easy to make good grades when you're a social science major and most of your tests are multiple choice. Honestly, that's part of the reason I chose anthro as my major. The teachers tend to be more flexible and just plain nice. It took me about a year to figure out how to please cc teachers, but after that it became second nature. Now I can just fart out a paper that is better than most of the others in the class because I know what they want to hear. Unfortunately, it won't be that way when we get to university!

That is gross. LOL! I am trying to picture a person farting a paper out but it's just not coming out clear.

9 minutes.

5 mins till we find out nothing... :)

squarepeg, anthro seems like an interesting subject and not an impacted major. Are u going w. Anthro BA or BS? What;s ur career goal?

"5 mins till we find out nothing... "

how true it is-

you know what I mean! lol

i saw a flier yesterday for davis transfer agreements...a 2.8 gpa with 30 units and they guarantee admission for winter 08. ridiculous that theres so much of a disparity with selectivity.

yeah, i'm in (to the webpage), but its the same message i saw earlier... "welcome blah blah, decesions will be posted sometime in the next month and a half..."

we're talkin about san diego right?
