If you don't know what to write about for this one, why are you making it 600 words instead of making it one of the short essays~ 200?

Are the UC questions for 2005-2006 the same as last year?

Basically, from what I've been told, if there is any change to the UC questions at all, it will be a letter or two different than last years questions

Aren't those two questions optional, though? If you can't think of anything to write about yourself for those, you have to look at your personal history, because there's no way we can know your personal challenges/circumstances. Good luck.

man, i would wait for the real UCLA app (october) to come out. what if the essay topic changes or they add another and make this the optional?

You pick from three topics, two of them are 200 words and you can choose one to be 600 words. Why didn't you choose one of the other two to be 200 words?

Most importnatly, they keep changing the UC questions. Why are you doing it so early?

Yeah, why so early? Deal with it when the application comes out in October. And there are no optional questions. Use 600 words to elaborate on the question that you can easily do and keep the others short to 200 words.
