Ya I agree @shch7898 I’ve looked through the last two years of threads and they do 2 waves of admits followed by wait lists, followed again by rejections. And by the time line from previous threads, the second wave of admits should arrive middle next week with wait lists and rejections a day or two later. The hour is upon us for those who are still waiting. Keep your heads up.

Hey do you all know if UCI gives us a notice on what does / doesn’t transfer in terms of credits and sort of what classes we need to fulfill reqs? I know Assist does it, but I’m curious about the final say. Or do we have to personally do it with a counselor once we get in? With all the private schools I applied to, they typically send me this email a few weeks after I get in, but I was wondering if that was the same protocol for UC’s since they have so many students.

The first wave seemed kind of small. So many still waiting here.

@jazzdancer95 @transfereee I’m also a public health science major still waiting. If we haven’t gotten accepted yet, does that mean we’re rejected? 
From what I know, a lot of science majors received acceptances yesterday
I wish there was a similar trick as the UCSD housing trick but for UCI

@PeekaaBooo don’t stress too much just yet, the first batch was pretty small. Im sure there will be more acceptances coming out soon. Give it one more batch and then start freaking out XD

I called admissions again this morning. They confirmed that not all acceptances have gone out yet and to expect decisions through the next 3 days. Think positive
Just got accepted to UCSB, needless to say the stress level has gone down immensely!
