I have taken computer science classes. My IGETC will be complete, but the only classes Irvine will accept is calc 1 and 2, so I don’t think any of the computer science classes I have taken play a role.

I got waitlisted last year and eventually got rejected. Definitely add yourself to the waitlist but accept another school as well if you’re transferring this year.

Yes, you can appeal your decision but you have to present new and compelling information originally not submitted on your application.
