I know several people who received their acceptance letters these past few days.
i also know seniors who've been getting letters from other uc's recently.
I don't know if it's because we live closer or if that has nothing to do w/ it.
but my guess is you should be getting yours soon.</p>

<p>UCI is a good pharmacology school, they are a good health sciences school and are among the top schools in the nation.</p>

<p>when does uci usually send out their rejection letters? do they do it through email too? just curious...</p>
<p>I just got my email from UCI today and I was accepted! So don't be too worried and just wait. I was worried earlier cuz most of my classmates got theirs early last week.</p>
<p>check your status online cus thats the first place it will be. last year i waited forever and checked it online and i was accepted and a couple of days later i got the email but i honestly dont remember if i actully got something in the mail. ooh and i live in irvine so it honestly doesnt matter where you live. when they say they send them out randomly i think they actually mean it because there is no trend</p>
<p>I think the reason is that the servers can handle the HUGE voulme of people going on to check their admissions. There were probably a few hundred people who applied for second year housing in the early mornings and the server crashed... This was only a few hundred people. </p>
<p>I guess your gonna have to be patient. Last year I was lucky b/c my acceptance came earlier in the month!</p>
