Okay, so I am planning to apply to UC Berkeley, UCLA, UCSD, and UCI.
And I heard that the College of Letters and Sciences does not consider the major for admission, meaning that they are equally impacted.
But I also hear that majors like business and neuroscience are competitive/impacted.

So what's true?
Does the College of Letters and Sciences really not consider major for admission?
Or would it be harder to get into a major like neuroscience than let's say something like Anthropology?
