UCI admissions said they’ll be releasing decisions later this week. Based on previous years, UCR has accepted people up to May 10. Just a little more waiting, hopefully.

Does anybody else still have the color tabs? I’ve had them since yesterday afternoon, and they haven’t disappeared once since appearing. The site also says my application is still being reviewed if that makes a difference.

I’m freaking out because I’m gonna have to take a W in one of my classes. I still have to talk to the teacher, but it’s not looking good. I’m bummed because I took the class just out of interest and so that I would be full time so I could work on campus. I don’t need it for IGETC, my major, or to meet the 60 unit requirement. I’ve heard that taking a W is fine as long as it’s not one of those. Also, 99% sure psychology is not a selecting or impacted major so if anyone knows if I need to freak myself out or not that’d be awesome. I also emailed admissions, but they are super busy so I’m sure it’s gonna take some time.

@kristyalene Don’t worry that much some people have 7-13 W’s and still make it , I think it matters when you get a masters though but no idea. Yeah, talk to counselors
@HuskiesSmiles yeah I’ve got quite a few W’s. My concern is that I am not completing what I said I would complete on my application.
@Kristyalene I think the requirement is just your major preq and igetc and ur alright , right?You’ve already qualified , I don’t think they will stab ur heart out if u get a W on an class that interest you. I think your okay for UCR vs those other crazy competitive schools like Berkeley

The page went back to normal for me just now without the color tabs but still pending
