UC Riverside or CSU Long Beach for Biology?

I want to be a veterinarian and got into UCR and CSULB. People say UCR seems to have a better biology program than CSULB, but long beach is pretty attractive too( the campus environment…). However, long beach doesn’t even have animal science, but it’s cheaper than a UC. I don’t know which college is better for biology and internship opportunities. If you were me, which one would you choose??

Either will be fine. I think the premed advising is likely better at UCR and I would lean toward that. But it depends if you can afford it. If it has to be though loans then go to LB.
