Should we submit the contract for maintaining admission even if we probably won’t attend? I can’t see how it would hurt, right?

Yeah, forms and no major is the “type” that is getting accepted. Forms and Major are getting waitlisted.

i got waitlisted! i was so prepared for a rejection bc i got denied every UC I’ve applied to so far. though i know its most likely a no, it feels good

If he is not admitted as a CS major, then he needs to take the CS pre-req courses, maintain a specific GPA and then he will be placed into a lottery for open spots. My suggestion is that if he has a direct for CS elsewhere, to highly consider attending that school.
