I am looking very seriously at UC San Diego-- I am an upcoming senior in high school. I was wondering what perception UCSD has in the job world, my major would be Clinical Psychology & Counseling or Business Management. What type of prestige is associated with that? Thanks!

None of those are majors at UCSD, as far as I can tell.

If you choose to get a B.S. in Psychology you can choose a specific concentration (with Clinical Psychology being one of them)

No one really cares about what concentration you choose. A B.S. in Psychology with a concentration in Counseling is just a B.S. in psychology in mine and everyone else’s book.

People tend to care more about what you’ve done. As they all say, a diploma’s just a piece of paper.
