<p>I am a CA resident. Freshmen for Fall 2011.</p>
<p>I submitted my SLR to UC Berkeley on BearFacts but it is still on the checklist in myBerkeleyApp. It is due on May 1... Will UC declare me as a non-resident and make me pay out-of-state tuition?</p>
<p>Is anyone else getting this problem?</p>
